Every American deserves access to excellent affordable healthcare; and that means real, complete and effective healthcare, regardless of the medical condition or when and how it developed.
This is not to say that healthcare in America should be free. It should not be, but it should be affordable. Like with anything of value, we need to pay for it, one way or another. Whether it is through private health insurance or government sponsored programs, or a combination of the two, doesn’t really matter, as long as all Americans have access to the world’s best healthcare.
